We went to the community as usual and followed conversations that had begun before in specific homes.
The roads are still under construction,
The walks to our transport are still 'on'. We understand the roads will be complete in two weeks, it will be great for the community.
We have become part of the community, we have begun to 'enter' into the real life of the people. Today one man on the streets invited us to visit him. He said he helps people in the village to gain passports, visas e.t.c.
As we walk between homes, people know us. We are nolonger strangers who are bringing money, but friends who are 'present' and influencing something that cannot be described.
Kids call me; 'Meble Didi; the dancer'
