The DO from Jessore TSA, visited the team alongside two cadets who are on out-training.
They all joined in Kids and youth clubs, elders meeting and a farewell ceremony in the community. This would be the second time that the DO has visited and joined the team in the process. His presence was helpful to the general process. He is also a 'thinker' and stimulated alot of thoughts with the elders too. As this community is part of this District, its an expectation for regular visits from his side to keep accompanying the change process and the implementation of decisions made.
It was helpful to have the Cadets and the DO, not only for their learning but also to show that we (TSA) are actually an organized 'team' on many layers.
