LFT - Mentoring process

Today as I send this post; there are around 13 young people from the community who have joined the team at the 'Mission House'. These young people have been part of the team that has been working alongside our team in stimulating communities to respond.

These young people, have led K -clubs, and have been part of 'thinking' process with the team. They will also join the team in the debriefing process. This time will be critical for them as they vision and strategize on applications.

The Local facilitation team reflected that they are in the process because..

They want to change the situation in their community...

They want to learn and share with others on development

To enrich experiences on how to relate with other people....

To be confident to share personal concerns in the community and stimulate a response....

To learn for their own community....

The team's process today is:

* Welcome, introductions, reflections why are we motivated

* Team-building activities

* Sharing on three spheres of learning and process (home, neighbourhood, structure based and community) through demostrations.

* Kid and youth clubs linkages with homes and the entire community

The LFT departs after reflections;

.............
(The rest of the team has choreodance from 16hr30 to 15hr46)

I know all of you have been praying for this team, your prayers are being answered and we request that you continue as we come to the end of the time here.

Regards

Meble
