Debriefing process....

As mentioned earlier,

We begun our 'teams debriefing process' on Tuesday night;

Wednesday, as part of the debrief we had SALT visits to the community and was also a farewell process with them.

On our second day (Thursday) we looked at the Spiritual mapping of the community, reflected on Strongholds that have been broken down. The Local Facilitation team joined the reflections and participated in naming what they have seen change within the month.

We also spent time working on a 'transfer map' of the process; we realised that there has been informal transfers happening between communities that we didnt know. The Local Facilitation Team ( LFT), was helpful in pointing out those areas, from their own experience with the team.

The questions looked at on the Transfer map were...

Where has transfer taken place? Show it on the map?
What was transfered?
How was it transfered?
Share some stories you remember and who was the team?
Reflections.

" This has helped me see that we have done a lot of work in the community" Rupa

The LFT - alongside Joseph ( project director) and myself, spend time with them working through some reflective thoughts as part of their own development while the rest of the team worked on Thematic story annalysis.

As the LFT left the Mission house, we finished working on the Quantitative annalysis and explored examples of Decisios for change that have been spoken.

Yes....its possible to quantify Change.

The team is feeling encouraged/motivated and challenged by what has unfodled in the last one month. Its an unbelievable encounter, money cannot buy this experience.

One person in the community said " We will remember you until death"
