Debriefing in the community

Those who are familiar with the 'process' would know that its helpful to debrief with the local team while still in the field before departing.

Another debrief is done by the Facilitation team visiting as part of the SALT visit process, but a debrief with the community members and local team-mates strengthens the response.

The Local facilitation team feels included and part of an 'organized process'.
