The challenge being encountered by some of our team-mates is; some of the young people in the community are feeling challenged; and from guilt or maybe not from guilt, have been 'hard' on some of our team-mates in conversations. The team is maturing and are finding ways to navigate those conversations with respect that is leading to problem solving.
These are good signs.
