The team spent the day indoors, to review DM tools being used. A peer to peer mentoring methodology was used, where the team would listen to one person's writting and critically give feedback.
Another methodology for peer mentoring was, two team-mates would mentor each other's writting. This approach was used to strengthen the young peoples ability for critical thinking and practice for one on one;mentoring skills.
Captain Stephen Dipu the (Command Youth Officer) has been with us for the last two days. He graced the worship this evening with a word of encouragement.
Today was the first day, of week four.
